Macbook Pro not booting

hey, i'm having issue macbook pro not booting. uploaded video of issue youtube, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=deteguz1bhi. when hit power button nothing happens, when hold down power button fans , hard drive sound it's starting up, stops , sleep indicator flash number of times.

 

press , hold power button 15-20 seconds, make sure it's off. press again turn on. happens?
