Jailbreak broken iPhone... UGH

i going try , simple yet specific possible.
have iphone(4) running 5.0.1
lock button broken.
when phone broke, there not jailbreak available there no alternate way lock screen phone die within hours of normal use. blackberrys suck balls want switch iphone. at&t needs able turn phone off in order switch service it. trying jailbreak can use alternate power off/lock function.

understand of jailbreaks, need enter phone dfu mode cannot because lock button broken. there way, on osx lion, this? thanks.
