Is there a tweak for this??? Pretty sure there is...

well jb has been released i'm wondering if there tweak this....i'm pretty sure remember reading kind of works default hotspot on iphone...i have ipad 2 wifi model , when use hotspot 4s every time screen goes sleep mode or walk away ipad phone in pocket have manually reconnect when ipad.

there tweak it'll automatically connect each other every time, right away? "mywi" this? or there better app/tweak/mod give me i'm looking for?
