iPad Apps that detect Jailbreak & Potential fix?

didn't see thread let me know if 1 exists, thought it'd nice if had active list/discussion of apps ipad (and iphone since apps run on ipad well) detect jailbreak.

twcable tv (existing thread here)
optimum4ipad (existing thread here)
3deecentral (per thheartlesshero)
skype (detects, conflicting reports whether functions or not (reportedly not function on jb 4.3.3, per orfeas0, works fine (unknown jb version) per porcupine8))
directv (per dockingbay94, existing thread here
capital one app (per twisted-pixel)

just came across tweak suppose fix it. use twcable app ftw, don't need it. may see if bypasses 3deecentral in addition else says use app (the 3deeslide case iphone 4/s leaves bit desired).

skype detects , claim runs on unmodified ios, runs fine anyhow. i've never had actual problem it.
