okay week ago spilled diet coke on 13.3 inch unibody mbp. pulled plug, did hard shut-down, , flipped upside down. put in bag of rice , let dry , didn't touch until yesterday, it's had week dry. seems work fine; keys aren't sticky @ all, keys functional, trackpad fine, no screen or performance anomalies...
has made me cautiously optimistic. thing i'm worried right corrosion due substances in diet coke may have seeped under keys. didn't have technical expertise or tools open mac thing did let dry. best option dealing this?
i've thought taking apple store , ask them clean traces of diet coke residue insides. how expensive be? @ reasonable price? or else should go have done?
also, possibility liquid damage become apparent later on? see absolutely nothing wrong right now...
