Which SSD for 2010 MPB (Sata 2)?

looking rather large (at least 240gb) , reliable ssd.
high performance first priority, i'm not sure if i'll gain buying fastest drives, since i'm limited 3gbps anyway.

so, guess i'm looking fastest drive machine, without paying more performance won't able enjoy. recommendations?
