Step by Step Instructions to Transfer Unlimited Account to New iPad?

so i've seen here can transfer old at&t unlimited plan old ipad new one, , apparently said earlier have change imei numbers somewhere , change serial numbers etc. don't think has detailed out process myself , many others going through tomorrow.

has transferred unliimited ipad acct, can list how that? there's still couple weeks on old plan, understanding if had unlimited 3g, can convert unlimited 4g.
