iPhone 4 - Phone Trouble - Need Advice

so have iphone 4, bought on release date not 2 years old.

hoping make past 2 year contract period consider other providers aside current att, .....

iphone 4 has been giving me fit not being able make/take/complete calls.

@ times when make or accept call, can hear other person cannot hear me.

@ other times when accept or make call, there massive amounts of 'crackling' noise , neither of can hear each other.

thought might cell site issue, when sitting in living room on iphone 4 , daughter on hers, has no issue.

related phone.

have done resets, restores, restore original, can think of doing via itunes no avail so................

phone out of warranty ( no apple care )

know can walk att , new iphone 4s , 2 year contract them, not want that.

does know if apple has 'flat rate' out of warranty program?

seem recall had $200 exchange program in past out of warranty issues.

if have spring new phone, , 2 year contract i'd rather on next generation of phone ( iphone 5 )

or can suffer current issues next 4 months more or less.


fwiw: moisture indicator inside earphone jack white no problem there.

 

just buy unlocked phone apple, expensive free please.
