Ipad not restoring error 40 -- Logic board good

hello joined macrumors , have headbusting problem bought ipad 1gen 64gb wifi , not restore gives me error 40 , dont know know tried redsnow snowbreeze , i-faith dont know if can awesome btw have great logic board know
