iPad GPS on iPad 2 wifi - Help please

when purchased ipad 2, didn't 3g model. well, no kinda need it.

have iphone4. , gps works on using tomtom.

however, i'm thinking easier navigate through gps on ipad's big screen.

app (on cydia maybe) me issue?
know it's impossible since build-in 3g isn't available, of course. thinking maybe app helps me use 3g iphone, activate ipad's gps

ps: other bluetooth gps receiver.
