Deleting applications

when removing jailbroken applications or applications app store, files left behind (like when delete programs computer, files or registry keys etc left behind), , if there tweak go in , clean stuff out on iphone (4s, ios 5)?

 

sadly, there are.

other using ifile, ssh or ifunbox , doing manually (which requires great care) know of no other way this.
