don't pay cash anything, almost. pay possible credit card. i'm sure can go in , pay method in store.

have no idea mean old fashioned. processes payments many methods. cash, check - or check 21 funds directly taken out of account immediately, travelers check, cashiers check fedwire, ach. people refuse give cash/checks expecially eldely. i'm sure uk has share well...
