Verizon iPhone Personal Hotspot

hey guys quick question. i've signed personal hotspot service on iphone, , wondering if when switch off under settings in iphone mean verizon won't charge me next month if keep off? i'm not sure if has been discussed searching forums iphone can painful. i'd appreciate help!

 

if it's at&t, it's service charged whether use or not.
