is getting " ups not locate shipment details request. please verify information , try again later." message when put in tracking code?

have thought dip'd or hip'd (scanned ups depot or hub) now... if delivering tomorrow...

can see tracking information on ups site ipad?

 

my problem haven't received update ups tracking since left china few days ago. what's this?
