Thinking of returning iPad 3 (AT&T version) for a Wifi version...

... here's why:

- at&t has no hotspot on launch.
- at&t has no lte in seattle until @ least fall (that's live).
- neither carrier can facetime on lte, verizon doesn't work me either.
- cost savings high if switch wifi.

got at&t ipad 3 because have at&t plan our iphones.

travel lot lately , staying connected family @ home important facetime. i'm going in phoenix spring training (baseball, non-sports people) , house i'm staying @ in at&t lte area no wifi. i'm frustrated brand new lte ipad won't able 2 of main things bought for:

- lte hotspot others in house
- facetime on lte.

wanted post frustrations this. else caught in similar feeling?

 

so wait, though 4g famed high data speeds, still can't use facetime on it? lot of people, 4g faster wifi.

tango work on ipad? tango video calls on 3g.
