Syncing iphone to new macbook pro query?

hi,
i've ordered 15" mbp after having been pc user life. when i've swapped computers in past i've never cloned them had install fresh version of itunes, , when sync iphone new computer wipes out music library , apps, things notes.

sync contact , notes microsoft outlook use outlook reason not going save money , buy microsoft office mac without outlook.

questions are:

1) how sync iphone new mbp without wiping out music library, apps, , notes on iphone?

2) sync contacts icloud, there way sync notes mbp without using outlook?

put said files on jump drive , transfer them apple.
