Questions about Corsair 16gb RAM Kits

there appear 2 different kits corsair 16gb. both same type of memory, yet 1 branded "mac compatible" or that. there difference between 2 kits, or marketing?

 

16gb corsair ram kits known cause stability issues on mbp's.
