ok, know little of using if functions, there way check multiple things in 1 cell?

example, need return pieces per hour different series calculate amount needed given time.
if 815, return 76
if 728, return 90
if 708, return 94

can multiple "if"s used in 1 cell? , how string them out, or there different method, maybe "and" or "or"?
