My Top Rated playlist is gone

i updated 5.1 , top rated playlist gone iphone. still in itunes won't sync iphone. tried hard reset on phone , resynced no luck. ideas on how fix this?

 

ok no changes made , tried syncing again , playlist on iphone. weird i'm glad it's back.
