Mail Won't Send

i have 2011 mini server , have been having trouble last week or sending emails. using gmail account setup in stock mail program. can receive emails fine when go send 1 dialog box shows second disappears. can't read says fast enough figure out. after little dialog box flashes send button disabled cannot resend.

hoping might give novice few pointers on try.

smtp server settings wrong.
