ipod touch 4g battery percentage on ios 5.0.1

got battery percentage on ipod touch using ifile. got problem. percentage isnt correct. goes , forth , never 100%. when unplug it goes 98% , there drains. removed launch daemons including com.apple.powerd.plist. tried hard reset couple of times. went 100% drained 99%-98%. there solution.
