iPhone Battery Case

have iphone 4s , battery sux. hardly through day on single charge , gets frustrating have on top of plug @ 5pm if want make call. saw dealticker selling "battery case" $25 , know if has ever seen 1 or used 1 , if worth it? thanx in advance
