I have 4.6 GB left on my 32GB iPad...should I get 64GB model?

i have 32 gb ipad 2, , selling buy new ipad. dilemma i'm in have 5 gb of storage space left. because of this, i'm thinking of getting 64gb model. i'm not sure if should put out $100 more more storage space.
have 8 gb of music, rest pretty apps.

things i'm unsure of if app sizes increase due retina updates, , whether ipad os take more room due retina enhanced visuals. i'm curious how these retina visuals have. $100 big difference in price, , i'm not sure if it's need.

thoughts or opinions? advice or experience appreciated.
