How Exactly Will AT&T Remain Competitive?

at present at&t has "advantages" on verizon when comes iphone:

- 3g+
- simultaneous voice/data
- "faster" data in areas

4g lte, verizon , at&t on exact same playing field. given at&t's horrible customer service record, how compete against verizon? @ present seems verizon has better , faster 4g lte coverage, , on whole seem have better customer service policies.

me, or should at&t afraid of verizon in coming years?

att regular data plan:
$30 3gb
