For iphone4s replacement unit, is it new or refunished?

i plan iphone 4s exhanged due yellow screen light breeding bad on top of screen plus bad home button.
, curious know if brand new or refunished unit?

 

it'll refurb. it's rare have brand new phone unless you've repeatedly had problems refurbs. it's extremely unlikely you'll have issue refurb though stringent in refurbishing process. each refurb gets new front, back, steel band, , battery.
