Clicking problem

for last week or so, mouse cursor has been clicking moves over. happens both when i'm using magic trackpad , when use dell wired mouse (long story), , doesn't happen when boot windows 7.

i'm unable type text fields because keep 'clicking out,' watch videos full screen, or anything. it's functionally crippling. i've cleared pram, , didn't help. didn't install new software (or hardware, matter) before started, , updated after noticed it.

advice how things working order? in advance.

 

what mac os x version run?
happen in another, temporarily created, user account?
