i told them wanted month month specifically, , no contract turn off whenever wanted. set me 2gb 30 month, , told me there no 1 gb plan, except times of year. charged me 42.00 activation fee. feel knew doing , screwed me anyway. weren't informative doing, had terrible feeling.
called verizon customer support after left store , took @ long receipt, , saw had done. after being on phone on hour, , getting transferred on , on again, found out had switch out sim cards in order fix problem, , go pre-paid plan. furious went verizon store, , felt bad me , gave me sim card free, , go.
reason knew plan putting me on in store because asked. didnt ask me freaking questions, set whole thing up. if ipad @ verizon, buy ipad, pay it, , hell out of store. tell them don't want set right now, or try precious little commision , screw on did me.
