Backlight Bleed and Uniformity Issues with the iPad 3

read number of users display issues, either backlight bleeding, or kind of tint. unfortunately have both !!

1. red tint
can see, there reddish patch on top left , little less pronounce red patch in bottom right.

2. backlight bleed
left edges , left bottom.

went through couple of ipad 2s backlight bleed issue , ended returning last 1 in frustration , in hope wait out , wait for ipad 3. never had such issue ipad 1. quite disappointing.

picture attached. others similar issues (the red tint seem less prevalent compared yellow tint)?

debating on whether should have exchanged. fear of getting dud. feedback?

return that. screen legitimately defective, unlike on forum.
