App with features like an activity monitor?

hi all,

i'm looking app similar activity monitor. lately, 4s battery has been dying 2-4% per 15 minutes. turned on airplane mode , battery life normal of 1-4% per hour. guess tells me ever running in background either turned off airplane mode or prevented communicating in air plane mode.

of course, have made sure apps closed double clicking on home button, nothing there, battery life still being eaten away.
