4s showing up in iTunes

ok here goes.. have 4s, mbp (the nov 2010 model?), , itunes.. nice , updated..

have wifi - itunes sync enabled 4s shows in itunes.. but

when connect usb itunes says connect usb if wanna update phone's software.. dont screetchy connect sound.. either way shows phone in left hand side..

have reinstalled itunes etc, powered off , on,.

 

i don't problem is. if iphone shows , can sync fine there nothing worry about.
