i have had verizon 4s since launch. have been sucking , dealing battery lasting half day on standby in pocket receiving , sending handful of texts , making or receiving no calls on minimum brightness. yeah battery bad, has been.
have been honoring apples statement telling battery issue users not run our carrier looking replacement because working on "software" fix it... 4-5 months no fix think 1 can understand i'm tired of "waiting"
question being. have insurance verizon going make me pay replacement on gave me factory extremely unnacceptable?
you'd better off bringing straight apple , not trying go through or deal verizon.... you'd better support and, if needs swapped, better replacement.
