AirPlay and iOS speaker question

im looking purchase appletv gen3, i'd know if watch video's on appletv , use iphone or ipad speaker.

and

i'd know if can selectively choose audio, video or bothnthrough airplay

 

no airplay or nothing kind of deal. can't split audio , video different destinations.
