icon

i used have tiny printer icon on top right hand corner of screen next volume , airport icon. after got computer , running after not boot because of full start disc icon has disappeared. when clicked on icon give me printer menu. how can back??????

 

maybe extra, can activated via printer software?
exact printer have , have looked @ system preferences > printer yet?
