which ipad 3? 16 vs 32 vs 64 gb: usage scenarios, experiences & apps w main pc/mac

believe lot of people here have used ipad 1, 2 , various versions of 16 vs 32 vs 64 gb scenario.

storage size:
- people here may have used 1 of them
- may have started 1 (16) , gone (32)
- may have had wifi & later gone 3g .. or others got 3g , realized use wifi more (with/ without mifi)

usage scenarios/ areas & experiences other devices:
- may using exclusively primary computing device - browsing creating content (docs, ppts, excel, notes, office, imaging, specific apps etc etc)
- may using in tandem desktop and/or laptop runs windows or mac or l*inux
- may have more devices in usage ecosystem - smartphone (iphone/ android/ bb) + kindle/e-ink/ e-book reader + ipad + netbook/ laptop/ tablet pc + workstation/ desktop etc + (maybe central home server/ media server .. e.g.)

- may use more casual stuff while use more official work, or little bit of games.. more.. productivity app/to do/ vs.. semi-book / magazine / occasional reader.. may use quite bit media consumption (music/ video/ movies.. tv series..) when @ home.. or when traveling?

- may using transition device when in travel / transit or when relaxing on bed/ couch or.. reviewing etc.. while primary work / when on desk / office/ creating/editing content/ data machine.. runs windows or mac or l*inux

- kind of usage scenarios have used apps on ipad vs main machine

based on above examples.. share past & present experiences ipad in , around tech/ computing eco system.. , share recommendation.. on direction going (thereby helping people scenario similar yours.. choose right one.. 16 vs 32 vs 64.. 4g/ wifi)

ps: in experience, have temporarily used ipad 1 belonging 2/3 friends of mine casual short web surfing , usage. casual game experience.
but, given affinity high screen resolution devices.. on laptops, tablet pcs , 30" wqxga (2560 x 1600), chose wait high res ipad..
did not have impending need it.. might become great middle ground luxury and/ or take on of laptop/ tablet pc functionalities (simpler stuff.. maybe more complex)..

i've owned 1, 2, , soon, 3. hold value pretty upgrading newer model inexpensive.

primary uses -web, email, apps, games. it's primary (non work) computing device. don't me wrong, i'd never without big ass 27" imac, general consumption of media, prefer slouching on couch or bed isn't comfortable our mbp , isn't possible imac.

i'd it's 80% surfing, email, movies, , google reader (via reeder). gaming percentage rising bit - still prefer 360 , ps3, ipad games cheaper.

started off 64gb ipad. upgraded 32gb ipad 2. upgraded 64gb ipad 3. wifi, no modem.

90% of time, 32gb plenty. it's sweet spot in pricing mind. when go on vacation stuff tv , movies. @ point find myself uninstalling apps make room - 64gb becomes essential again. don't need more space that.

don't tend use music player, when do, it's pretty @ home, use itunes home sharing feature access entire music library without having music on ipad - saves lots of space. away home i'd use iphone music, or itunes match.

edit: use lot plex. have plex / plex server hosting tv , movies. use plex client on ipad access (as plex clients on wifes mbp , our imac) content , watch tv , movies - both @ home, , via wifi using myplex.
