Can I sync just iCal to iPhone 4s if iPhone synced with my regular pc not my new iMac

i have iphone 4s synced pc, on new imac i've spent hours using ical app fill in years trips , schedule, can sync iphone 4s if iphone 4s paired normal pc music, apps etc.

want ical replicated onto iphjone 4s got detailed info, i've never paired iphone new imac been regular pc.

 

set icloud on mac , iphone, , whenever edit on either device, other should update without ever having physically sync computer.
