Trouble reinstalling Lion

today installed samsung 830 ssd in 2011 mbp. came snow leopard , purchased lion mac app store when released. after installing new ssd, hold down command-r , boot lion recovery. used disk utility format new drive. click option download , install lion. @ point, screen hangs , goes no further. never option enter apple id verify lion purchase. have ideas?

@ point think may instal snow leopard original cd.

 

how long waiting? it's long download on fast net connection....
