Ringtone doesn't come through headphones

for reason, when have earphones plugged in, i'll playing music. used when got text, hear text sound music fades in , fades out. now, music fades out, there's no text sound. have ideas?

 

i'm trying figure out settings ringtone happens in headphones when plugged in. when mute, doesn't ring in ear....
