purchased atv3 , have wd tv live, want use mac mini server media host both boxes. have music on shared folder on server, movies , tv shows on external drive.
can setup itunes can keep music on local drive, keep movies , tv shows on external drive can watch them on atv3 mac mini itunes library?
if can setup itunes this, wd tv live use network share same external drive plugged mac mini.
yes, add them itunes using 'add folder library' option,
might have turn off 'keep itunes folder organised' in order keep content in original folders.
there atv see itunes , wd tv live see in shared folders normal. (you can share same folder using itunes no problem)
