MGear Sustain Pedal Stops working on Logic 9.1.6

hi. have macmini runing os 10.7.3 , logic 9.1.6

have m-audio oxygen88 mgear pedal. when i'm playing or recording using sustain pedal, stop working (the pedal). have invert switch , uninvert again, , starts working again. times have turn keyboard off, unplug pedal, , turn on.

knows going on? can solve this?
