iPad hotspot cut off time limit?

ipad hotspot have time limit. when connect ipad hotspot via iphone connects, when put iphone down few minutes , goes sleep, phone disconnects , hotspot disappears.

need futz around in settings again hotspot show doesn't appear when wifi search.

 

anyone know?
