How can I install the application to all users?

i installed bettertouchtool have liked installed on other user on imac. how make installing app install users , import apps other users?

also.. completed backing mbp time machine. want move imac, and.. how can move except snow leopard part? think seem snow leopard better far. has better background pictures instance, , not familiar mission control , how use it. miss expose of leopard bigger windows bigger , windows fit screen zigzag puzzle.

 

if installed or copied application resides in applications folder (macintosh hd / applications /), , no parental controls limiting access or applications inside applications folder, user can open bettertouchtool user b can too. user f can it.
or not work on mac?

btw, snow leopard (10.6) introduced more tidied exposé. leopard (10.5) 1 puzzled implementation of it.
