Help setting up Airport extreme

i got airport extreme set dual network have a/b/g network , 5ghz n network running @ same time.

5ghz has poor range , disturbed other signals around apartment, wanted set , network have a/b/g (maybe n allso) , n network on 2.4 ghz have no idea setting should choose this.

hope know how it, or if possible

 

i think, if understand situation correctly, you'd looking @ using 802.11a/n - 802.11n (2.4ghz) option.
