Apple Startup Sound on youtube/vimeo?

hey guys!

editing short film shot friends. in it, showing timelapsed sunrise, , play startup sound of mac computer it.
problem is: want publish thing on youtube , vimeo, , under creative commons license. startup sound thing did not film or record myself, might have rid of sound. :-(

question is: have experience or knowledge use or licensing of apple's startup chimes? pretty sure not public domain or royalty free, since had sound designers working on 1 time, can't seem find information anywhere...

nice use sound insider gag, don't want sued later. apple seems doing lately... ;-)

i have no insider knowledge, doubt if apple own digital rights chime....i know however, very, litigious company.....if want ensure don't sued, phone corporate number , ask.
