Would you replace your ATV 2 with ATV 3

hi all,
have apple tv 2 connected 42" tv in living room. in opinion, worth upgrade new atv 3?

keep these 2 things in mind.
1) new a5 better previous a4?

2) @ young @ of 50 see difference in picture? guess shouldn't think of me, kids , grandkids watch too, doubt if matters them.

if you're not jailbroken , if you've got $100 lying around go it.
more future-proofing video quality.
if jailbroken or if $100 kind of burden shouldn't.
