i guess answer question yes, sinec want keep mobile me address. have heard few rumors (not here!), such as:
1) possibility of losing files? things (word processing stuff) disapppears off desktop? use japanese word , pages.
plus have question
2) whether need imatch? listen on go. @ home. have ipad connected sound system. plan on connecting old mb pro since ipad not have itunes radio function , ipad apps not have stations listen to.
guess worry match if on go , cannot files loaded. since listen @ home, not worry?
can summarize , pros , cons of cloud, caveats?

i'm not thrilled icloud. switched online file storage dropbox , use icloud sync calendar's between imac , iphone.
itunes match off me. don't listen music on go much, except @ gym. sync playlists via usb cable mac.
