Tethering on AT&T unlimited plan?

so know if at&t tolerate jailbreak tethering on unlimited plan new on 3gb throttling rules in place? or still send nasty texts telling stop or switched tiered plan?

i doubt tolerate it.
continue doing doing before.
send warning , if catch again switch away unlimited data plan plan includes official tethering.
