Signal issue with vapor 4

i've had 1 on day or 2, not noticed major have 3 or 4 bars , haven't had full signal since put on.
bit of duct tape on parts of antenna fix or whole thing have covered?

 

nooooo duct tape contains metal , conductive worsen signal. there isnt can remedy problem except take off case.
