Restore from Backup still showing Cydia

hi,

decided i'd try , jailbreak iphone 4s last night - made backup in itunes before did so.

did whole jailbreak thing... didn't went restore it.

plugged iphone in computer, right clicked , pressed 'restore backup'.

selected backup made last night, , did whole restore thing.

but, phone still has cydia icon , stuff installed while jailbroken.

what's gone wrong?

 

can ask yu why didn't jailbreak after such short time ?
