Real 3GS problem

hey people, have annoying issue going on iphone 3gs. it's brand new phone , it's on 5.0.1. phone restart every single minute , thing is, can't activate because kept restarting itself. i've search around still no solution. nice; thank you!

 

most jailbreak tweak giving issue.. try uninstalling 1 @ time see if can find it. beyond little bit of info provide it's anybody's guess..
