Moving to Australia, bring MBP and iPhone 4 or not?

hi moving ireland darwin in australia , not sure whether should bring mbp , iphone or not. know if work on in darwin australia, or better off cutting losses , selling them can , them try buying them when there. 1 other thing worthwhile buying mbp , iphone in duty free on th way there or not? advice appreciated. thanks.

 

don't see why mbp won't work...

, long iphone isn't cdma, iphone work well.
